DEVIcell™ is an energy-efficient system providing up to 20% extra energy saving through integrated thermal insulation. The insulation plate is covered with aluminium and has ready-made grooves for easy, fast installation of DEVIflex™ heating cables. Full aluminium coverage gives a faster reaction time and even heat distribution across the floor. DEVIcell™ is designed for new floors installed on top of existing floors or sub-floors — tiles, timber or concrete. For “wet” installation (tiles onto the aluminium plate), the adhesive and primer must be suitable and confirmed by the adhesive supplier. Under laminate, timber or parquet, DEVIcell™ and DEVIflex™ must not be embedded in concrete or similar “wet” material — dry installation only.
